How & When To Refer
We recommend referring patients who have been trying to conceive for 6 months or more without success. You can refer a patient by having them call our office directly, or by following the simple steps outlined below.

Complete our downloadable referral form and share with your patient with instructions to schedule their new patient consultation at STL Fertility. (Difficult case you need to discuss before referral? Give us a call! (314) 983-9000)

Send a patient work-up or request STL Fertility to provide a patient workup.

We’ll keep you updated on next steps through updates and progress reports throughout patient treatment to keep you informed every step of the way.

Once treatment has been completed, we’ll transition your patient back into your care complete with a report summary of treatment and a usb drive with all of the relevant treatment notes and images.
