For new patients, please call (314) 983-9000 for an appointment, complete the new patient paperwork, and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
STL Fertility’s Patient Portal is a web-based system that uses real-time technology to provide access to all of your treatment needs. Patients can schedule appointments, view lab results and medicines, and even message directly with our practice. The Patient Portal puts every element of your treatment plan at your fingertips.

Setting up your account is easy and only takes a few minutes.
From any computer, tablet or smartphone, go to SIRMMO.MyHealthPatientPortal.com and click “Register” on the login page.
Enter your date of birth and your unique patient number.Current patients get their unique patient number from their clinic. If you forget your patient number, contact the clinic and we will help you.
Double check your name, patient number, date of birth, and email address. Select Yes if all the data is correct. You will be asked to create your unique user name and password. Click Accept and Register.
